HELLO to ALL the CDV Vampires, fans, and supporters!
I'm excited to tell all of you that after months of learning the process, and technology, of digital recording, i've got drum tracks done, as well as rhythem guitar and bass tracks. Ive also added some keyboard to fill the sound. The special guest guitar player has been filled in on the progress and will be sent the music soon to add his work, the guitar solo, to the song. At the same time, the song will be going out to the special guest vocalist…..I'm excited to get single #5 out, as are the guest musicians that will be included in this release. It's EXTREMELY personal, intense, and sonically, will match the subject matter. Another slower, heavier-groove tune. The subject matter is about my grandmother June, who was one victim of the m*rder/sui*ide. Her husband, my grandfather, shot my grandmother, before turning the gun on himself. The lyrics are from the perspective of my grandmother, who suffered abuse from her co-dependent, alcoholic husband. But he now must “live” in the shadow of my grandmother in the afterlife…..THANK YOU for your patience!!!
